I am currently working on my first mod that will actually be released sometime within a few months, possibly less. It's reletively simple; a Dunmer style player home, built in the House Dres style. My style of house Dres was definately influenced by Tamriel Rebuilt, and the design will be different then past work I've done, but it will also have a bit of a unique flavor.

The main building model I have mostly completed asides from some texture tweaks I'll work out at a later time. Here's an example of the main body [ a single story home].

The house will be located in Solstheim, therefore the Dragonborn DLC will be required to play this.

What do I have planned?

A single story player home which will include:

* --- Living room area with fireplace

* --- Kitchen/food storage area/Alchemy

* --- 1 Bedroom/storage and containers

* --- Small armory/trophy area

* --- Basemant room

* --- Room accessibility with trapdoor

* --- Small fenced in Garden and a crop field

* --- Small storage shed outside

* --- Small stables/farm animals shed

What I would like to do

* --- add 2 custom armors and 2 custom clothes

* --- Add a few quests in order to get the house

[ I do not know how to rig armors to the bodies or create quests yet, so it is uncertain if that will eventually be added to this or not]
