Can not fast travel : Fallout: New Vegas

Right now i can not fast travel because when every i try to it says fast travel is currently unavailable from this location and i am out in the Mojave wasteland

yeh same here,

did you complete the game .....then reload from the last save point...... then fast travel once....... and after that it comes up with that message every time you TRY to fast travel
