Is my PC able to run Skyrim?

I was going to buy Skyrim for the PC but I don't know if it's good enough. Here are my specs and stuff I got through DirectX

Short answer: No.

You need a GPU that is capable of running games. You current certainly wont run Skyrim. Your CPU on the other hand can handle the AI of Skyrim.

So all you need is a GPU. A good cheap one I can think of is the 9800 series(Nvidia). People more up to date on GPUs can probably suggest a better one.
