I use Isoku's Ineeds and while theres an option to disable harvestable food i like the idea if im hungry i can go to a garden at night and steal abit of food...however in skyrim it seems you can go onto any farm and harvest their crops and not get in trouble even if the farmer is right there..but seeing how that is how they make there living they should attack,call the guards and what not.

I would like to find or request a mod that makes "harvesting crops illegal and an act of stealing.

I did a google search and found nothing..if a mod exists could someone give me a name or link me to it.

Or maybe a modder would like to take this on and create it.

There is no way to assign ownership to plants that can be harvested and exterior cells cannot have owners as well. This is why you can take the plants without raising the farmer's suspicion.
