I noticed my character was wearing the quiver even after I had unequipped them. On and off took care of the visible quiver..

However I now have some 400 + iron arrows in a container in Lakeside hearthfire house.. That I can not pick up!

I can buy new ones and equip those but the ones in that chest can not be picked up ..

Advice for this bug?

Try to wait for 31 in game days, then make a new manual save. Exit Skyrim and then load that save.
