Hi I have been installing a ton of mods for Fallout 3 and finally at 234 any extra mods started showing up as errors in game. I guess I ran out of files to use or it is too big, I dont know but I stopped and decided it was time to organize them with LOOT.

Installed and ran LOOT. Clicked apply, it gave me a report and I noticed some mods were missing!

Active Plugins: 203, Warnings: 28, Dirty Plugins: 28, Errors 2, Total Plugins: 211, Total Messages: 40

Went back to Nexus Mod Manager and find that those mods are still installed. Jump in game and now find that those mods which I know are installed on NMM are apparently not installed! I then re-install them and nothing happens... Use LOOT again and it has the same report.

What did I do wrong? I can only guess that those mods dont have .esm files which is why they dont show up in LOOT as I think they are all just textures. Though I have reinstalled them on Nexus Mod Manager, they still dont seem to work in game.
