At the end of the DLC we have a choice:

-Drop the bomb on RNK

-Drop the bomb on Caesar's legion

-Drop the bomb on RNK and Caesar's legion

-Cancel rocket launch

I chose to drop the bomb on RNK. I ran away, and then there was a message, I'm a public enemy of RNK and their base has been destroyed. I went to the place where the nuke explode, but every one still alive, nobody attacks me. WTF I think o_O

I thought it would be like in Fallout 3 with Megaton.

Is it an error or something?

You may not have an error. Nuking the NCR(assume that is what you mean by RNK) creates one new radiated area to explore. What base did you go to?

Depending on your reputation with them before you nuked them, they may still not be openly hostile to you.

If you went to the new radiated area, and nobody is hostile there, then you do have an error of some kind.

I am not being too specific since this is not in the spoilers section.

The Republic won't be hostile to you but your reputation should be very bad and when you walk past a trooper they'll say things like "how can we trust you?" I think the game should have made them shoot you on sight for nuking them and I'm not sure why it didn't. The base itself does not get nuked, but you can access a new area past the gate now.

I thought it would be Mojave Outpost, becouse there I saw the mushroom cloud

If I'm wrong, where is that place?

The Gate to "California" at the Mojave Outpost can now be used to travel to where the bomb hit.
