i noticed that rauls old vaquero perk, as well as veronicas bonds of steel perk do not get activated when i load a game.

they do work if i dismiss and rehire them and they do work if i remove and readd the perks via console. but if i load a game, hasperk tells me they are active but the companions don't get the benefits.

is there a fix for that? because i'm assuming the same is true for cass' hand of vengeance and her shotgun surgeon perk which i haven't even found an id for... and i don't really want to go to the console every time i load a game.
