Try http://www.palemoon.org/ then, it's Firefox, and it's better
Wait, there's an android version too? then why am i using Chrome?
Chrome. It's the fastest and I like the design. Besides, Firefox is slow and IE is Internet Exploder.
(Though I decided to give Pale Moon a try just now, and it seems about as fast as Chrome. So far, anyway. We'll see--I still like the way Chrome is designed).
Chrome, always, I have used Opera in the past, my brother uses it and prefers that one. I personally just prefer chrome, not really sure why, but hey.
Opera, and Chrome when I have to. Someone should make a browser called Bowser. I have no idea why.
I used Firefox until 3 years ago, switched to Pale Moon and used that as my default browser ever since.
I started using Google Chrome years ago, when Firefox kept having to close due to some kind of error.. it's been my main browser since.
Yay for Pale Moon!
It's funny watching people who only know Chrome and IE trying to find the web browser icon on my desktop...
Firefox !!!
I use it for years. I am happy so far.
So, if nothing changes in the future...
Firefox or Chrome, depending on what I'm doing. I have just about every browser installed for testing web software, though.
I'm using the X64 version at the moment, very fast, even faster than Chrome and a lot more customizable. The new version (25.3.0) releases next Friday 13th, only unlucky for those not using it!
Chrome for anything work related or on my phone or tablet. Firefox for my main computer.
I used to use Firefox, then it felt slow and bloated so I switched to Chrome for several years. Then Chrome started crashing and freezing all the time so I switched back to Firefox. So far so good.
Must depend what you're using it for... so far I've found Chrome to load most stuff faster. Not by a lot, mind, but faster just the same. (Also, Chromium is generally even faster than Chrome).
I used PaleMoon back when it first come out but I switched computers and never reinstalled it. I use Firefox Beta version now. I switched to beta channel after FF started having problems with .gif files using 100% of the cpu. But beta had image rendering problems for a while now. Recently it looks like it got fixed though.
I have had extensive stability problems with Chrome, and eventually I came to the conclusion that they were Flash-related. I tried using the built-in Flash plugin and an external one (only having one active at a time), but encountered problems with both. I prefer Chrome's interface and overall zippiness, but if I can't watch a 40 minute video on Youtube without fear of my computer locking up, it just isn't a good browser.
Chrome does indeed feel much snappier than Firefox. I had been using Chrome for a number of years (occasionally trying Firefox), though I switched to Firefox a few days ago at the behest of this thread. While Firefox does feel noticeably slower, I can't deny the fact that it has been far more stable.
