The Loss of Southern Morrowind and Argonian Cities

I was just wondering if there is any official knowledge about the extent of Argonian gains in the Accession War. The Argonians conquered Tear and Narsis, sacked Mournhold and sacked Port Telvannis. In doing the latter, they also nearly wiped out House Telvanni. Now, we know that Mournhold was retaken and is still being rebuilt, a shadow of its former self, but I'm more curious about Narsis and Tear. I'm not sure about Narsis, but I'm pretty sure Tear and the Dreslands were annexed by the Argonians.

Also, on the topic of Argonian cities, what exactly do we know of each city. Gideon and Stormhold were originally built by the Ayleids, Blackrose by the Lilmoth and then rebuilt partially as a maximum-security prison by the Akavir Potentate and apparently Pelladil Direnni. And Lilmoth is mostly rotting and partially-sunken Imperial villas. But is there more? What of Thorn or Archon? What of Helstrom and perhaps, what of Tear and Naris? As stated before, I believe Tear to now be part of the kingdom of Argonia.

As of Dragonborn, all we know about southern Morrowind is that the Dunmer and Argonians occasionally come to blows down by the boarder, but we don't know where said boarder is. As of now, the region is probably contested, but it sounds like the Dunmer didn't really lose that much during the invasion.

I still think Tear was lost, since apparently half of the city was swallowed by the swamps during the Red Year. Also, question: in some sources, Necrom is House Dres territory. This coincides with the Dres being Daedra-worshipers, like the Velothi, as Necrom's traditions are older than the Tribunal. Is there anything to back up this claim?
