everytime i change, edit, remove, add perks to skill trees, they freeze ingame, everything is setup correctly, these are perks based after the vanilla ones, so everything should be correct, the weird thing is, i did this to the "One Handed" skill tree and it does not freeze, but now all others that i change, are freezing ingame and now im stuck, i have asked a lot of people and no one knows, i am hoping that i can get the answers here.

Information:

Everything is setup correctly, it is not any of the perks(from what i can tell), It freezes everytime i go near the first perk of the skill trees, but changing or removing that perk does not change anything, it still freezes, no matter what perk i set to be first, even different perks on different skill trees freeze, it has to be the tree its self, but no matter how i set it up, it still freezes ingame.....

So it seems to be a perk that's causing the skill tree to freeze the game, its a 10 rank perk, each rank adds extra damage to a certain actor type(troll, dragon, giant...), the one handed skill tree worked the first time then the two handed froze the game, so made a new .esp for the two handed skill tree and it worked, two handed no longer freezes the game, but then i tried archery with its own .esp and now it freezes that game......, it does not even work when i split the perks up into groups of 5, idk whats going on, i hope someone here can help me with this.

[Edit} each skill trees 10 rank perk is assigned to work only when equipped with a specific weapon type(sword, mace, warhammer...)
