Blue explanations are maded because of i have another language, red - because of test.

Spell have only this magic effect. In the game i have no explosion, hit effect art is played only on me and not on any other npc (for now i want just test it at any npc, for example, at 3 traders from immersive patrols mod). I guess that my spell does not affect anyone except me for some unknown reason. Can anyone help me to make the spell and explain, how to create a mass spell in CK?
