Depends on the RP and what feels good.

I identify with Humans more then any other race.

TES Elves are quite different in backstory and lore then "Elves" I am used to in other fantasy settings. I will play them, but there is a "disconnect" for me.

My second or third TES character was a Khajiit. While it was "different" for me, I just am not into beast races as TES presents them. I have never had a desire to play an Argonian, though I know many other players like them well

I've tried to play argonians a couple of times, but there isn't much of an attraction there. I would be more likely to play an argonian if the water had more content, and was deeper in more places. something like an underwater argonian village would be kinda cool...

I love roleplaying Argonians. I probably wouldn't even play TES games without Argonians. It was the playable Argonian race that made me buy my first TES, TES 2: Daggerfall.

My only character so far is a Breton fire mage and I love her, but I'm planning on a Bosmer next, and then maybe a Nord or Redguard warrior woman. I am fascinated by Khajit though, and will definitely put one on the roster eventually.

Imperial human for me.

I play a mixture of human and elf. Every time I try to play an Orc or a beast race, I don't stick with the character.

I played as Man, Elf and Beast but Mer is my favourite race because of Orsimer.

Mostly Human with Bretons being the majority out of them.

This is a good point. One of the big "differences" about Argonians is their affinity with water. None of the TES games I have played (Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim) had much water in which those abilities made much of a difference.

My favourite race are the Bretons, but because the rest of the human races are pretty dull I lean more toward elves.

I play all races, but Altmer and Dunmer probably a little more than the others. (So, voted "elf".)

i played as a dark elf once and he was the only non-nord character i ever played.

Orsimer here but otherwise don't relate to mer, orcs are almost like the antithesis of elves in spirit. More beastly than the beast races, which ironically are especially non-beastly.

Nord & Khajiit

When it comes down to understanding the universe, both peoples have the right of it.

I voted Beast, but honestly, my answer should have been Yes.

I play Dark Elves, Altmer, Khajiit, Orc, Nord depending on my mood. I chose Beast because the character I found most fun was a Khajiit rogue that I played for a long time, until changing mods wouldn't let the saves load anymore.

Well I've got some 40+ characters, though most of them are Human, Nord generally. I've played everything except Argonian ... just can't get into being a lizard. I also don't play many elves as they are basically so ugly in Skyrim without modding a lot. Khajiit's are cool though and love playing them as rogues.
