Greetings. I searched this topic only to find old entries so I came here for updates.

Has anyone figured out what causes this? From the post I've read, ppl were

removing this mod and that mod, which tells me it's not mod related if random

mods were fixing it (not an agreed upon specific mod), unless I missed something.

Can't boat out of there. Can't fast travel. And I cant coc either. So I'm stuck

until I find a solution. I thought finishing the main Dragonborn Quest would

solve this but to no avail. All current quest for Solstheim are un-ticked.

Well nothing in your mod list looks like it would cause this, but just in case try it anyway.

Uncheck all mods except the official dlc and try it. If it still doesn't work, it's probably not a mod problem. If that fixes it, it's probably a mod problem. Then slowly add .esps again until it breaks again, then you find out what mod causes it.

You also need to be more specific. Can't boat out of there means what? The boat disappeared? The captain is gone? Won't talk to you? And what does can't fast travel mean? The option is just not there, or you try to do that and nothing happens?
