Back in 2012, someone posted this issue , but didn't post the solution:

I am experiencing the same exact thing at Oak and Crozier.

I use a bashed patch, and BOSS. Have MOO and WAC, CMM Partners, UL and OR.

Anyone else had this issue?

I should note that the mod (SYS .dll) seems to work fine. But after I wake up and reequip outfits, there is a sound of thunder and I and my partners are outside the inn in the IC marketplace.

Annoying.

I have not experienced this. I've used See You Sleep for many years with the mods you mention...except MOO and CMM Partners. If this were me, I would experiment by temporarily disabling one of those mods, then the other, to see if disabling either one fixes the problem. If not, we'll probably need to see your entire mod list.
