Is there any fix for Beirand the smith in Solitude, for some reason he don't go to work any more so it is impossible to buy from him? I have tested to re visit him several days apart, still he refuses to go outside Bits and Peaces.

Another thing, is there a mod that makes his apprentice Heimvar sell and buy the smith stuff?
