Hello, I have recently run into a problem. I had gotten bored of the vanilla game look and decided to download and ENB (Realvision) and the recommended mods for it. Problem is, I am getting stutters, mouse movement problems and low framerate drops. Here are my specs:

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40 GHz

Ram: 32.0 GB

Video card/Vram: GeForce GTX 660 / 4096 MB

Side note: Game doesn't even look close to as good as the ENB should make it. It says the mod is using 140mb of vRAM with like 2000 available and reaches 8 fps at some points.

ENBs are primarily GPU limited and your GTX 660, though good, isn't great. In fact Realvision recommends a 670 as minimum.

I have seen people with way more mods and worse specs run it and more. The most troubling thing is how much vram it says is available while using it.
