Does Unofficial Hearthfire Patch fix the issue that the housecarls bed room in the cellar at Proudspire manor not getting the upgrades, or is that in Unofficial Skyrim Patch?

Ether way so isn't the room upgrading like the rest of the rooms in the house, i have tried to purchase one upgrade at the time and all at once...any one that knows how to fix this?

Hmmmm... I don't remember how to fic that issue, but I think UESP has a good description of how to fix that...
