[Not a discussion about future fallout games, so i am within my perimeters to be a stand alone thread. Thank you]
There seems to be a divergence of opinions when it comes to multiplayer in a fallout game. Some of you want to hold onto the original lone wanderer type feel of the game. Granted, it is an amazing experience already, and you could argue that no fallout game requires multiplayer, and many would agree. However, some, would like to share the experience with their friends. Because after all, what is fun if you're all alone. Yes, I am biased towards multiplayer. However In this thread I have pondered both sides of the perspective.
Would some of you like to first dip your toe in the water? per say. If bethesda came out with a multiplayer add on to either FO3 or FO:NV would you dare tread such waters, if only to see what the experience was like? What would you want to see in such add on. What type of multiplayer would you like to see and experience? I believe with the right discussion, understanding and illumination upon this topic - we could very well see such an add on. Through that add on and trial and error, we could see what works and what does not. Weather or not multiplayer does not belong anywhere in the game, or if it adds to the experience. I will be submitting my own ideas and opinions in a comment/reply below. I am eager to see what the forum has to bring to the table.
