Nerdscience-y character build, choices and Perks

I am working on a nerd character (She is level 8 I think) So just wondering about what I should do about the choices in-game (not DLC as I plan to make the choices on them as listed below), and the perks: Here is what I have so far:

S.P.E.C.I.A.L
Strength: 4
Perception: 7
Endurance: 7
Charisma: 3 (7 for Project Brazil)
Intelligence: 7
Agility: 4 (3+1(-1+1 for Project Brazil))
Luck: 9 (7 for Project Brazil)
Tag Skills
Energy Weapons
Science
Repair
Traits: Small Frame (+1 agility) and Good Nature (+5 non-combat skills, -5 combat skills)
Perks: Retention (level 2), Comprehension (level 4), Vigilant Recycler (level 6), Toughness (level 8, as there was nothing for here)
DLC:
  • OWB: Spare the Think Tank and Mobius, get brain back
  • HH: Unknown
  • DM: Try to escape and run to the elevator
  • LR: no nuking people

Thoughts? also, ignore the project Brazil, they are her retelling of her story, so likely an exaggeration.
