I have both Blood and Dragon scrolls in my inventory but the game wont recognize the dragon one. The moth priest wont read it and I cant get to the bow. Is there a console command to advance the quest forward?

The dragon scroll doesn't come in to play until a bit later. Dexion's read the blood scroll, correct? Serena won't talk about her mother? If not, try setstage DLC1VQ04 10.

I've already talked to her mother in the soul cairn. What's strange is that my quest journal has get Dragon unchecked even though it is in my inventory. All I get at the fort are radiant quests and the usual conversation options. Nothing to advance the quest. Game is waiting for me to do something, I'm just not sure what.

Have you released her from that prison? Have you fought Durnheviir? Did you get the scroll from her mother?

Hers was the blood scroll correct? If so, yes I have it in inventory, and have summon Durnhviir in my shout inventory.

So you've got the scroll from Sigmus, the one from Valerica and Serena is still carrying hers, correct? This should result in Dexion being blind when you return to him and giving you a method to read the scrolls yourself.
