It is s-o-o-o-o bloody annoying. Carry even a single Moon Sugar or Skooma and most Traders refuse to do business.

So you don't want any trouble? I'll put all my Moon sugar and Skooma on your counter, and leave it there in plain view of the shop's Guard. Now let's trade.

And then no one objects. The Trader doesn't mind that, the Guard doesn't handcuff the Traderand take him to jail. Nothing.

The worst asses even sell Moon Sugar themselves, like Manus in Seitur.

Ah. And then, if I don't "forget" my "illegal" stuff, and want to pick it up, I sometimes touch a handkerchief that's not mine. Immediately the police offers a choice : either pay a fine or go to jail. Of course I then resist arrest and wipe out the entire village with Massive Pain Missiles.

So, you see, I'd like to know whether it is possible to [A] switch this idiotic illegality off, or [B] switch it on for Moon Salt and and Star Garlic and Skoomba etc as well....

The point is, I'm so used to trading with Friendly Creatures after 10 years of Azura's Touch that I had completely forgotten about this behaviour, until I started playing Beautiful Tamriel Rebuilt. Which now integrates very well with AT, but that's another Topic...
