I just completed the White Phial quest and got the White Phial. From what I understand, an empty phial moves to the misc section of inventory after the potion is used and then will refill after 24 hours and then move back to the potions section. However, when my character drinks the phial, no empty phial appears anywhere in inventory and I have waited over 48 hours multiple times and no full phial appears anywhere in inventory.

I've heard SkyUI might cause this issue, and I am using SkyUI, but I can't find any possible solutions by googling other than the use the console to replace the phial each time it is used.

Has anyone had this happen in their game and found a solution? I don't believe any of the mods I am using have anything to do with potions or alchemy, but I suppose stranger things have happened. I suppose I'll just use the phial as a house decoration if there are no solutions...though I've heard there is a disappearing bug with doing that too, alas!
