When i get my pc will i have to start from scratch or can i take a level save from xbox load it into pc and jump right in. If i can how stable will it be if then add mods. Has anyone done this.

I wondered if there is a way myself to do that, but, unfortunately I do not think you can discuss doing that save conversion on this forum. You may want to scour google to see if another Skyrim forum exists that does allow that discussion. Besides, starting a new game is the fun part! Good luck!
