Fallout Unity Question

My question is, Can you share a game model extracted (.nif to .fbx or .obj) and share (non-profit)?
Could I spend that model with animation ,sound and texture(difusse, normal and oclussion) in Unity and make that an prefab, and share? Could I share in the Asset Store?
There would be legal problem?

Like, something that you extracted from the files the game shipped with, not mods? In that case, no. Definitely no. If it is from a mod you need the author's permission.

But if I can get the model, modify it and put it in GECK, and share via mods, I can not get the left-model and modify it to a friend or share it freely? Its a modficacion I have done, instead of sharing a modification of the game Fallout New Vegas, I share the modified base file, could not do that? In this forum I will answer any owner or where I can send this question?
