Constant game crash: Steam, windows 7 AND 8

Hello,

As of recently I have been starting to have problems in skyrim. I have played multiple hours in the game and i would hope I don't have to flatten out all of my saves.

When the game crashes it acts like a silent crash just before the Bethesda screen. I have tried to run the TESV.exe dingus through administrator and got this error as a birthday present.

TESV.exe - Bad Image

C:\windows\system32\XINPUT1_3.dll is either not designed to rin on Windows or it contains an error. Try reinstalling the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

I have removed all the mods I had installed and I have the important ones written down. I have tried reinstalling and running in admin and everything I could find about windows 7 issues were mod collisions. I think it's the TESV thing but I dunno how to fix it.

When you uninstalled, did you then manually delete the Skyrim Directory under Steam? Otherwise the old mod files are still there and if they were causing issues before, they will do so now.
