Not really. The closest you could probably get would be using the following mods in combination:

(2) Animation Compilation (http://download.fliggerty.com/download-37-463)-->improves NPC animations

(3) Westly's Plugin-less face replacer (http://www.moddb.com/games/morrowind/addons/westlys-pluginless-head-replacer)-->improves faces

Use LizTail's, either http://mw.modhistory.com/download-10-10928 or http://mw.modhistory.com/download-10-11364 flavours... The bodies are seamless. Slof's have disjointed arms, hands, and lower legs with open seams; her skins and maps were never *totally* converted over to LizTail's seamless Better Beasts.
