Does anyone know of a mod/tweak that will hide the gold value and weight of an item when you hover over it in the game window (i.e. just shows the name of the item) and hides (just) the gold value in the inventory screen?

In an attempt to increase realism, it would be awesome if the gold value only show up in the barter menu. My character shouldn't really know the exact value of everything in the entire game and it would add some mystery back to stea....errr...treasure hunting. It'd be cooler if knowing the approximate cost, and exact cost were perks for raising Mercantile but unfortunately I'm not that kind of modder (haha).
