I'm not on a PC yet, but if I was, I'd definitely look for this mod. I can't understand why the only way to enter an NPC's house is to either just walk in or to break in. Maybe a knocking animation is too hard? Maybe communication between cells is not allowed?
Just a suggestion - thanks for your consideration modders!

the fact that there is a shout which can unlock any door renders knocking kind of useless and uncool compared with "Fus Ro Door!!!"... 
... but the communication between cells is technically possible, much bigger problem seems the fact that you need to implement this behaviour all over Skyrim..
