Storage for Old World

Old World Blues

I initiallly had stored everything in the Think Tank, at the far left, in a flat storage chest, behind a chem set.

I have moved everything, to the ammo crate next to the workbenches in the Sink ante-room, for lack of a better word.

Is this safe? Can I come back to this DLC when finished? Is there a place that is safe if this is not?

On a side note: Thank goodness I've got a base 76 Speech Skill, further enhanced by Vera's Outfit and INT glasses. Just started. The whole story is a little confusing, but I am starting to get it.

Some other notes:

That village, I can't remember the name, I needed to investigate. There are two clocks actually ticking in two houses.

Fricking fracking Stripe. But I dealt with him. After he killed me twice. Looking forward to a little DiD on the next play.

Please feel free to move to spoilers if there is an issue.

the sink is a designated player home everyhing in that room is safe storage and yes you get a teleporter that allows you to return when ever you need

Think most of the locations are safe storage. The place where Stripe appears is Higgs Village, which appears a really tempting place to live and forget what's outside, but there's also Little Yangtze or Ulysses' Point. The Sink literally has everything though, plus it's central so you can explore Big MT from there and return easily to rest and resupply.

AFAIK every container, trunk, locker etc. in the SINK is safe. Even the refrigerator. I like to separate items by type, food & drink in the frige, WRK components in the tool box next to the workbench, etc.

Higgs Village has a LOT of good loot, even the destroyed books have a use, if you figure it out... :read:

I took everything with me one time, it was pretty awesome to have all my crafting items guns etc. Was moving my house to Bradley's shack and decided to catch a movie (if you go along the train tracks down past Nipton its not too bad of a haul.) Best part when i was one, it transportalponded me right back to theatre with tons more stuff. Was really tempted to keep it as a home, but this guy was a determined to have the shack with its trap:D Couple characters do use it as a home and its a great place to come back and sell stuff too, since the sink has huge amount of moolah.
