What does it mean when Jubal says "Haeko-dol-Sul, the first child born in the Velothiid"

Is the Velothiid Morrowind in the future? Or the past? How long has the Sul line been active in Tamrielic history.

If there is a relation, it is probably to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Alandro_Sul who was the shield-companion of Nerevar. Probably unrelated to the matter as it has nothing to do with Morrowind, but there was also a prophet named http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Arden-Sul in the Shivering Isles who may have mantled Sheogorath.

And let's not forget Marobar Sul either.

St. Veloth led the Chimer to Morrowind; Ashlanders who settled and accepted the Tribunal Temple are called Velothi. The architectural style of Vivec and Molag Mar is also called Velothi. The native name for Morrowind is Resdayn.

Thats what it was.

The Chimer then convert to worship of The Tribunal at the behest of Sotha Sil.

Boethia punishes the Chimer by turning their skin dark and their eyes red.

Is that at all accurate? Feel so rusty.

Veloth was the pilgrim who lead the Chimer to Morrowind, Velothi was the unified culture of the Dunmer before they split into the numerous houses, clans and tribes, Velothi is a type of architecture that the Temple uses notable cases being Vivec and the numerous towers throughout Morrowind and maybe even the ancestral tombs. Then you have the Velothi Mountains that borders alongside Cyrodiil and Skyrim, it's the main area of House Redoran and House Hlaalu/Sadras.

Velothiid though, Velothiid is the name of one of the underground cities the Dunmer built when they left Nirn and went to Masser iirc.

No, it was Azura that "cursed" the Dunmer with their dark skin and their red eyes though supposedly Boethiah taught them how to wear their skin but that could've been after the curse or before and it could be more of teaching the Chimer how to survive the harsh conditions of the volcanic areas of Morrowind and Vvardenfell or it could be the numerous Dunmeri armor like chitin, bonemold, ebony and glass which could be a second skin.
