Qwert's Airship Feedback Request....

Post » Fri Apr 03, 2015 4:00 am

First off its been decades since i did any hardcoe modding but im intersted in starting a morrowind playthrew and i wanna use my airship.

Basically with the passage of time and all the modern mods i just wanna see if it still works or if there's problems.

*1 possible problem i can think of is when the airship was designed and built we used marcell's multimark mod which worked back then but now theres much better multimark mods out there and i wanna know if it works with them, basically you activate the cabin door it casts mark and would bring up marcels multi-mark and you select a slot and when you left the airship you activated the door and it would cast recall and marcell's mod would open and you selected the recall slot that was marked prior to entering the cabin.

*Is there a working good version where the mod was "cleaned" when it was made i dont think to much was known about "cleaning"mods,if so could someone link me to it?

*Finally the Morrowind Modding Showcases-Episode 23 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4iStbPKdDA i wanna personally say thank you for giving me a trip back down memory lane, this video made me feel so good(you wouldnt believe it).

Anyways thanks,

qwert

Hi, I did not use the mod yet, but it should work with Melian's teleport mod if it just uses mark/recall without changing them.
It is also easy to test if recent teleportation mods are running, both CDC and Melian teleportation mods running set a short global cdc_teleportation > 0

Assuming tes3cmd.exe is in Data Files folder,
cleaning may be as easy as opening a DOS console and typing
test3cmd.exe clean mymodname.esp

You can sometimes clean a little more using also testool after but usually this is not needed

it should be simple in Windows 7, try browsing to the Data Files folder and shift+right click, open command window here
also, in console you can auto-complete hitting tab
