Need help with my player house mod?

So I've made this player home mod of mine in CK and everything works fine, except for a certain problem to do with the cell constantly resetting on its own.

Things like mannequins equipped with armor always goes naked, weapons fall down from their weapon plaques and unlocked doors become locked again. All these keeps happening after a few days pass.

I guess it has to do with my house cell not being set-up correctly, since all I did was simply create a new cell in the CK...

I think I have to also mark the cell as a "Player Home" or something, right? I've only messed with the Cell Window and I couldn't find anything else to change in the Interior Data tab.

Also I noticed there's a Location category (http://www.creationkit.com/Location) in the Object Window but I have no idea what to do in it.

Ultimately I just want to prevent my cell from respawning, like I'm sure all vanilla houses are set to. Is there a proper way to do this? I swear I've looked through tutorials everywhere and no one ever bothers talking or explaining anything about this.

You need to make sure the cell's "Encounter Zone" is flagged as "Never Resets". You can select a cell's encounter zone from the "Interior Data" tab of the Cell editor window.

If you wish to make your own encounter zone you can do so under the "WorldData" drop-down menu, or you can use the vanilla "NoResetZone".

Thanks, I'll see how that goes.
btw how do I make a Location in the Object Window? I can create one but I don't know how to link it to my actual house cell. I tried putting a XMarker in the cell but the CK won't let me select it as a reference.
