1. DESCRIPTION
===============

Adds a tent to the Urshilaku camp called 'Indoril's Yurt'. It was inspired by the lavish tents that kings and nobles use during wars, and I thought it to be a fitting base for my Hortator-and-Nerevarine to use before the final assault on Dagoth Ur.

I tried to make it attractive without being too girly, and keep as close to the game's "look" as possible (so the only resources are the ubiquitous bookshelf container, Korana's fur bed (because I wanted a canopy and the game's own looked ridiculous), Nemon's outhouse (a privy with privacy!) and Dongle's water assets.

It is screened into separate "rooms" - a living area (with campaign table), a sleeping area (sleeps 5: 1 bunk bed, 1 hammock, 1 double bed), a bathroom (restorative bath spell) and storage. The basin has NOM compatability.

It looks great, and I agree about the canopy bed. I'd have added rugs on the floor though, and maybe tapestries as dividers rather than screens.

The floor's too uneven for rugs, and I thought the screens worked as dividers because of how some Japanese houses are laid out, which give it a very light and airy look. Everything also has to look fairly lightweight. Agree with the principle, though.

Nice addition Princess! :D

I must try this in my next game, which might be soon in the near future.

When I see a date like this in the OP, I said to myself; WOW the Morrowind modding community are still releasing mods after more than 10 years since the very first mod was released.

So I am asking you. Do you remember the date of release for your first mod? :smile:

I know another travel mod that might be useful with your mod and that's Arthmoor's http://afkmods.iguanadons.net/index.php?/files/file/362-ashlander-transports/ mod. Although, the mod only offer transport between the camps and not to city e.g Ald-ruhn, Suran and the closest town is Maar Gan.

This looks pretty neat! I love the screens. Ashlander camps are my among my favorite spots in the game. Great job!

Lemme take a crack at answering this. If I remember correctly, it was a mod called "Fairtales of Vvardenfell" and it was released about February, 2005.

Sweet! Couldn't wait to download. May be some time before I can try it out, though. I'm trying to work my way through Ules Farm before I go after the bad guy (Dagoth Ur). Cleaning up guar droppings doesn't seem a fitting trade for a Hortator or Nerevarine. :)

Thanks, all :smile:

I can't remember exactly, but it was early 2005.

Thanks for the tip :smile:

Wow, that's impressive. Although I may have contradict you: my first attempt at modding was what became my add-on for The White Wolf of Lokken Mountain, but it was pretty disastrous and I didn't release it for a long time. I think my first released mod was Nerevar's Magic Tent, because Kagz helped me with troubleshooting and advice. Fairytales of Vvardenfell followed very swiftly after - and you're probably right on the timing: February 2005 does sound about right. I released a number of mods in quick succession, earning the nickname "Energizer Bunny", and my association with rabbits ever since!
