Installed Windows 10...

TLDR; How do you find all of the files that are associated with / or used by a given mod?

Long version:

I have not been playing Skyrim since Windows 10 launched, too busy with testing 'important' things. Now I have gotten down to some of the items lower on my list. OK, a brand new version of Skyrim loads and plays OK. But when I go to use a version of Skyrim that was installed in Win 7, it starts loading, gets a small black box in upper left (normal) then tries to go full screen and *BLINK* - that's it. So now I am trying tofind out which of the many mods that I have installed are causing the issue. (I can't even really tell what the issue is, not from the event log or from any of the various skyrim logs that I know about...) So, now I go to try to decipher how some of the mods work, and some (many) of them are mods that I either created or heavily modified six months to 1.5 years ago. And I am not the world's best notekeeper... Hence the question in the TLDR; line.

I do have the Win 7 drive, that's how I am posting this, in fact. But when I get all of the files that I THINK are needed for a specific mod, sometimes it doesn't act as it should.

Windows 10 still haven't launched, it's unfinished and you can't expect everything to work as it should yet.

I don't think this is a mod issue, but an install issue. You say it works fine when it's properly installed in Windows 10, but the old Win 7 installation version do not. You can't mix installations from one OS to another.
