Starting a Legion Character for the First Time

So I usually roleplay as a merchant or some type of character that is pro-NCR, however I've always wanted to do a legion character. I know the main ideals and behaviors of the legion but I'd like to know how other people play. I'm pretty much just looking for guidelines that your character follows, quests to do (this can include made-up ones), or any information about what life inside the legion might be like other than what is stated in game. I know about things like no medicine, no alcohol, etc. I'm looking for more in-depth information to use to build my character.

I would say the main thing here is to escape the stereotype that Legion = bad

Almost all the quests you can interpret as a man of the Legion. For example: Ghost Town Gunfight = you want to save Goodspring from the wrath of Powder gang, because later, your brothers comes to town to slave the citizens.

you then goes to Primm. There you defeat the bad guys, but does not help to restore law, to facility the Legion invasion later.

You come Novac. What is the justification for making the Ghouls quest? Simple, you think they are unholy creatures that could not share the "purity" of the Legion, then send them into space, and pretende therey were to many to you kill by yourself. And so on.

Dont put points in medicine, energy weapons and science. Your tag skills are guns/melee, survive and sneak.

You like sharp melee weapons, like fire axes, katanas, throwing spear. The fire weapons are somehow related to hunting. Cowboy repeater, hunting revolver/shotgun/rifle.

Play in hardcoe and lives by the land.
