So, i recently started playing Oblivion again and i forgot how i absolutely LOVED the blades armor in that game!

Unfortunately the blades armor in Skyrim looks disgusting, in my opinion.

It has little resemblance to the Oblivion armor and it just looks a bit bulky on the males.

I guess it looks like that because the bodies in Skyrim are much more muscular than in Oblivion.

I have nothing against the Skyrim blades armor, i just hope that they will make it look more like the Oblivion armor in the next Elder Scrolls game..

Any opinions?

The blades in skyrim are [censored]s so oblvion blades it is

I like the look of Blades Armor in Skyrim better.

Same opinions but the other way around. To be honest, most armor sets lookd like crap to me in Oblivion, except for a couple of first "tier" ones. I love Skyrim's blades armor, on the other hand. I just hate that I have to go through all the related stuff if I want one, or settle for cheating.

Totally the Skyim version. Armors in Oblivion by and large didn't look like they fit, at least on my characters. Plus for Skyrim's version the blue in the sleeves is a really nice touch, they give the set almost a modern body armor feel which I like a lot, in keeping with the concept of the Blades as an undercover organization. Maybe that's why someone might not like it?

As far as the blades armor goes, I like em both. With the others, sometimes I like the oblivion version more, other times the skyrim version.

I don't really see all that much difference in the two sets of armor. they both are... okay. On the other hand, for a long time I really wished we had two-handed Akaviri swords in Skyrim. Now I have a mod that gives them to me... sorta...

honestly, the Blades armor in both games are quite similar (that is, other than each games Graphical Style)

to me it just looks as if Oblivion's is more Ceremonial than Skyrims, sort of like Comparing a Soldiers Dress Uniform to their Combat Uniform
