Does anyone here know the requirements for the different levels up smithing? For example my smithing is now 92 but i can't get anything iron made past exquisite, and same goes with enchanted items.

I hope this is not a bug because that would completely ruin the game for me if i wouldn't be able to get anything to legendary. For example i can get my ebony bow to epic but i can't get an iron dagger past exquisite.
