I have an ice spear stuck in my avatar, and it's not doing damage but it's just not going away. I've tried sleeping and I've been to every healer in whiterun. If you have any solution/suggestions they'd be appreciated. Thanks

Try that:

1. Unequip every piece of weapons and armor.
2. Sleep for 24h in your bed.
3. Put all armor and weapons in a chest.
4. Sleep for another 24h in your bed.

What happens ???

If that doesn't work, try to transform to a werewolf !!!
