I have tried playing Dishonored multiple times with only 1 mission DLC installed and the weapons packs installed, my others like Brigmore Witches are not installed currently. I have tried numerous fixes but to no avail, the game crashes even when I try to launch it in Windows 8.1 compatibility mode. I would like some attention from a dev or an admin to fix this so I won't have to go out and buy some new OS or download linux just to play a game with a potentially bum framerate. If anybody has a workaround though it would be appriciated.

FIXES TRIED:
Launching in Windowed mode
Forcing the game to support PhysX hardware (for my GPU)
Reinstalling it
Rolling back GPU drivers

installing with less DLC in there
running in compatibility mode to emulate a Windows 7 environment

Keeping my drivers up to date

Pretty much every fix the Steam community reccomends
