Hi! I've built a computer using a Radeon R9 290 graphics card. The power supply is more than enough to support it, and all the parts are compatible. I also just got it home from a shop, where they tested it to make sure everything is working properly.

Skyrim always recommends that I use the lowest graphics settings, and higher settings slow down my game. What am I doing wrong?

(The guy at the computer shop did say that since I'm running 32-bit Windows, half of my 8GB memory isn't being utilized. Could that have something to do with it?)
