I am using MGSO 3.0 and Animated Morrowind-merged that comes with it. The moment I get off the boat at Seyda Neen I note that Rashan, the Redguard fisherman on the dock is a pile of yellow triangles. A couple of other NPCs in the square also seem to be moving piles of yellow triangles with a person barely seen in the middle of them.

I'm guessing that means Animated Morrowind-merged is glitched. Anyone know possible things that cause this and how to fix it? Thanks!

That would mean missing meshes.
Looks like some of your mods are not installed correctly.

Did this first start happening when you started using the Animated mod, or just all mods in MSGO in general?

I just started playing Morrowind so it is a fresh install and MGSO was part of the install. It seems to affect some, but not all AM NPCs. The clerk in the Customs office is fine, but the fisherman is glitched. the only warnings I have are:

Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_extrav_2_f.
Texture "Data Files\textures\steel_ref\b_A_Steel_gauntlet_gm.dds" count 3.
Texture "Data Files\textures\mkbh\breton\female\mkbh_femhead_bret_06_d.dds" count 3.
Texture "Textures\_land_default.tga" count 3.
Texture "Data Files\Textures\reflection.dds" count 8.
Texture "Data Files\Textures\Q_refl_writing_dark.dds" count 3.
Texture "Data Files\Textures\menu_thin_border_bottom.dds" count 2.

...and none of them seem AM related.

hmmmm- what version of Animated Morrowind comes with MGSO 3 anyways?
Would manually installing Animated Morrowind-Merged into the data folder over Animated Morrowind from MGSO (checked as an option) bork the textures like that?

Right now I have Animated Morrowind-Merged active.
