Hey guys, I am having trouble buying land in Skyrim. I have the Hearthfire DLC bought the legendary edition of steam but no matter what I do I cant buy land from any steward or Jarl.

I am thane in Falkreath and Dawnstar but I cant seam to buy land from any on them, and I have also completed the radiant quest to give some chick a mammoth tusk.

If any of you know how to solve this problem please post, thank you

did you make sure to enable Hearthfire in your Data files?


and, are you a member of the Dark Brotherhood? there is an issue where after a certain DB quest, Falkreaths Jarl will no longer sell you land
