Steam Workshop for Morrowind?

Sigh - I had forgotten about that type of behavior - I have seen it in workplaces where individuals are incentivized to produce more - they end up avoiding helping co-workers and it creates an unpleasant environment

I'm not sure that happens in Morrowind so much though as having listened to a number of DEG's interviews - theres been a theme of solo modders tending to work alone keeping their creativity cards held tightly to their chests - and that's fine

I've depended a lot in the past on the CS forum for help and advice - that would be sad if that dried up

Also there are countless resources like MWSFD and UESP that are free - haha let me count down till Tiebrake corrects me 1...2... (ok open source if you will) - now modders who make money are accessing many resources including freely given knowledge without passing back the recognition

I don't mind modders making money - I just think they should earn it by doing everything themselves (and I mean everything) - I'm unconvinced that the sharing nature of this community fits that model

Since the discussion has little to do with modding Morrowind itself, and Morrowind does not even have a Steam Workshop, let alone a Steam Workshop that allows mods to be sold, this can just continue in the main thread then: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1516797-discussion-for-workshop-paid-mods-thread-2/

The forum is taking a lot of traffic on the subject, we're trying to keep the conversations all in one thread or at least in the sub-forum for the game it affects.
