Will 'Liberation of Skyrim' clear my bounty?

So lets say i have a bounty in (Imperial) Solitude and then take control of it with the Stormcloaks. Will the guards still try to arrest me or is my bounty cleared?

Yeah, taking a hold for an opposing side clears all crimes.
