Loot had placed my skyproc patches all over my load order,so i went in manually and moved the patches to the bottom and it fixed it.

Why aint LOOT putting the skyproc patches at the bottom like it used to.

What Skyproc patches?

Worst case scenario, you can set up some custom rules to force them to the end.

And why would you make a seperate thread when there's a long-running LOOT thread with the author giving support on a daily basis?

Go to Phttp://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59257/? then open the F.A.Q in the forum tab and use the load order they have there, if you let LOOT sort your L.O without changing it you won't have PerMa working as it should and other odd results.
