I just re installed Skyrim and all the expansion packs from Steam after 2 years of not playing. I Installed the latest versions of NMM, SKSE, and instead of BOSS I installed LOOT, I installed all the unofficial patches and a few mods and Loot does not recognize them! I've read the LOOT readme and I'm tired, Please help.

Where do you have Skyrim and LOOT installed?

Skyrim is default C: drive steam folder, and I installed LOOT in the the root of that. I also installed LOOT in the default path with no luck. Thanks for responding

Try https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=7418-YUBN-8129 to a different location (my game folders are in My Docs, for example). UAC has issues with games and mods installed in the C drive, so hopefully this helps
