I just have a question about the enchantment of the Dwarven Black Bow of Fate, it says that this weapon would ABSORB health, magicka, or stamina.
How different is ABSORB with DAMAGE? I mean, does hitting an enemy with the arrow from this bow allow you to get the 25 points of health (for example) FROM the enemy or is absorb the same as damage? I'm pretty confused...Thanks!

Absorb will heal/replenish the amount of health, stamina and magicka listed. Absorb stamina is a great enchantment on melee weapons for warrior characters. Anyways, it will also actually remove the health, stamina and magicka aswell. (that took me a while to figure out though)

The way a Joe would say it:
It steals an amount of health/magicka/stamina from your target and gives the same amount to you.

Basically absorb is better than straight up damage in any situation because you get a buff while they get hammered hard
