He'd make a perfect leader if meticulously questioned from time to time - depends on people a little more knowledgeable, more into the actual fiddly details of our responsibilities. Inspiring man, not a tactitian though. Last thing he needed was a bunch of adoring youngsters hanging on his lips, so we sent him east with his chapter, to catch up on the wasteland again if you so will. Seemed to be the perfect candidate for the job. Hasn't forgotten the Unity. And I couldn't imagine anyone better suited for the Midwest assignment. I bet he'll sooner or later be in form again."
