If steel is such a predominant material in Skyrim - especially during this time of civil war - then why is corundum such a seemingly rare mineral? I mean, there is only one corundum mine in the whole province. Do we just assume they import it? Is there a province where it is more commonly found? I know it's just a game, and there are lots of inconsistencies, but it seems really odd that one of the major components of such a common material as steel is so rare.
